i supposed if you are a sedentary person and dont care for the exact measurement of body fat this might work for you. If you are looking for a body fat monitor this isnt the right thing, i'm an athlete and i know my body fat isnt 25% LMAO. it is a decent weight scale but for the price i run to costco and buy me one more effective than this one.
When I weigh myself I weigh three times to get an average and every time it's the same number. This is an excellent scale that reads your body's weight correctly every time you step on it. If one reads the manual and knows when to measure weight then they will not be disappointed.
A little complicated at first to use but you get the hang of it. Easy to read would buy it again.
I'd say that this is a must-have product for the fitness conscious, and those trying to reduce. It seems to have some additional features also, but I'm only interested in its accurate weight and body-fat measurements.
I recommend that you do not buy this product. I think digital scales are pretty much inaccurate as the smaller sized scales shown by Amazon.com. Other than getting a scale due to the listed recommendations, I am now kind of intimidated by the recent reading when a scale shows more than one person actual weight. The scale gets a little unnerving, so I am probably going to either send it back or donate it to someone else whose weight is a little more revealing. I wondered if the scales were purposely manipulated that no matter how much you seem to lose weight, that the scale itself shows quite the opposite.
